Pastor Doss has served the church as pastor since 2010, along the side of his wife, Miranda. They have one son.  Previous to Pastor Doss’ pastorship, they spent 9 years ministering with Don & Chae Sheerin and Carrol & Priscilla McGruder as their youth pastors in Kennett, Missouri. Pastor Doss has also served the Missouri District UPCI in the Youth Department for ten years.
